Aiding clients on their journey towards fostering an internal sense of self-worth, and unwavering self-love
I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Brooklyn, New York. As a therapist I strive to provide an open, non-judgmental, collaborative space for my clients to process past experiences and safely explore their emotions. I work from a psychodynamic lens, understanding that our current struggles with anxiety and depression are routed in our early childhood experiences. Through my work as a therapist I have come to understand that the source of a lot of our pain comes from the toxic shame developed in early childhood that is then reinforced by oppressive structures and systems in our society. My goal is to aid others in healing their toxic shame, working towards fostering internal self worth through use of self compassion, mindfulness, and inner child work and interventions.
On this sacred path of Radical Acceptance, rather than striving for perfection, we discover how to love ourselves into wholeness.
